We create the environment where people can think and learn for
themselves. This heuristic approach maximises the retention of
any newly learned skills, ideas or outcomes. This means that, since
our participants are invested in what they are doing, significantly
higher levels of commitment are present, greatly increasing the
chances that things will change – and stay changed.
In all
things, our task is to challenge existing thinking. This not only
allows people to look at what they are doing from a different
perspective, but also allows them to identify and understand their
actions as either effective or ineffective, and to know why. From
this we build the motivation to come up with new, more successful,
ways of doing things – skills, behaviours and processes which
we help them discover. |
