In any change, individual or business, if you look at all of the
things which need to be addressed they fall into two broad areas.
Firstly the very practical, tangible things which we call the "doing"
things (what we do and how we do it), and secondly the more intangible,
people related "being" things (how we are and what it’s like
here).
Our experience is that whilst many people or companies
are very good at changing the "doing" things, they are rarely successful
at
changing the "being" things, i.e. how things are, meaning that
things may look different, but are fundamentally the same.
Our work
focuses on finding the balance between what things are done,
and how things are. Only then, is a real and
sustainable change achieved.
