A division of an national charity which, having recently
undergone a major re-organisation, had new teams of senior and
middle managers responsible for delivering a new strategy and operational
plan.
What we did
Designed and delivered:
- a senior management development programme
which focused on managing the resources to deliver the new
strategy and operational plan.
- a middle management development programme which ensured the
newly appointed managers were able to take responsibility for
their new
tasks and bought into the new operational plan.
- project management
training for senior and middle managers which has ensured that
the main elements of the operational plan are
being delivered.
- supported development with one-to-one coaching sessions.
