Our Company has some of the most advanced capabilities
in term of technology and project management, but values successful
internal communication between teams as most critical to business

Five years ago, we had to demonstrate to
our main customer that we had the right people with the right
skills managing
the contract.
Vivid Red designed and managed a process that
put over 300 managers and supervisors through an assessment
centre. From
this, they designed bespoke, business focused, development
programmes for Leadership and Management Skills.
Since then
the programmes have successfully been delivered to some
200 people from supervisors to senior managers.

The team at Vivid Red has worked with us in a number of areas.

Following a major reorganisation, our
Site Manager was concerned that the management team were
unsettled by the changes and
the perception that their career and development opportunities
had been reduced.

consultants of how to support the senior team through this
time and agreed
that executive coaching was the best option.
Each manager
was encouraged to develop a personal development plan,
and as a result we have seen improvements in the
